Job Description:

Knowles Electronics (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high‑performance Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and platform architecture, as well as the ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring within a cross‑functional team.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce

Architect and optimize business logic using Apex triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled, and asynchronous processing

Lead the development of user‑friendly and scalable custom UI solutions in Lightning Experience

Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools

Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and specifications

Provide technical leadership through code reviews, best‑practice guidance, and mentoring of junior developers

Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security model, and platform best practices

Drive performance tuning, optimization, and refactoring for long‑term maintainability

Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tools

Collaborate with architects, QA, admins, and product owners throughout the development lifecycle

Support production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes

Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and test coverage


Experience & Technical Skills

  • 5–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
  • Expert‑level proficiency in:
  • Apex (advanced triggers, async processing, framework design)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL and complex data modeling
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including:
  • Security model (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules)
  • Governor limits and performance optimization
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Proven background designing and supporting enterprise‑scale Salesforce integrations
  • Proficiency with Git‑based version control and Salesforce deployment strategies
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
