We are looking for a Test Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement test equipment and solutions supporting new product introduction (NPI) and R&D initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, efficient, and high-quality test systems for manufacturing and product validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and debug analog circuits for test solutions supporting NPI and R&D requirements
• Develop and execute test software using NI LabVIEW
• Troubleshoot test system issues, including hardware, software, and process-related concerns
• Define requirements and support design of test fixtures, including mechanical and acoustical components
• Develop and deliver test solutions for multiple NPI and R&D projects
• Follow structured test development lifecycle processes and standards
• Utilize tools such as configuration management, issue tracking, and change control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally to support engineering initiatives

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Test Engineering or Product/Process Development
• Strong background in test equipment, electronics, and test system development
• Experience in test design, fixture development, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of gauge R&R and test repeatability

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with NI LabVIEW for test system development
• Proficiency in instrumentation and data acquisition equipment
• Knowledge of audio product testing methodologies is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Team player with flexibility and strong initiative
• Proficient in MS Office tools and basic data analysis
