We are looking for a NPI Technician to provide technical and operational support to the AME, NPI, and R&D teams, ensuring smooth execution of product evaluations, process improvements, and new product introduction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineers in value creation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform product and process evaluations based on engineering guidelines
• Monitor process and test yields, including proper documentation
• Conduct initial failure analysis on issues encountered during evaluation runs
• Document processes and work instructions aligned with engineering standards
• Assist in developing process designs and standard operating procedures
• Carry out technical and documentation tasks as assigned by engineers
• Support process and product improvement activities within NPI and R&D

Education

• Graduate of a 2- to 3-year technical course (preferred)

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in electronics, automation, or high-volume manufacturing environment
• Background in electronics and automation build/setup (hardware and software) is an advantage
