NPI Technician
Job Description:
We are looking for a NPI Technician to provide technical and operational support to the AME, NPI, and R&D teams, ensuring smooth execution of product evaluations, process improvements, and new product introduction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineers in value creation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform product and process evaluations based on engineering guidelines
- Monitor process and test yields, including proper documentation
- Conduct initial failure analysis on issues encountered during evaluation runs
- Document processes and work instructions aligned with engineering standards
- Assist in developing process designs and standard operating procedures
- Carry out technical and documentation tasks as assigned by engineers
- Support process and product improvement activities within NPI and R&D
Education
- Graduate of a 2- to 3-year technical course (preferred)
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in electronics, automation, or high-volume manufacturing environment
- Background in electronics and automation build/setup (hardware and software) is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good analytical thinking and technical aptitude
- Team player with flexibility in a dynamic work environment
