Reliability Technician
Job Description:
Qualifications
- Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical course
- At least 1–2 years of experience in reliability testing, failure analysis, or manufacturing support
- Experience in a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment is preferred
- Familiarity with reliability testing methods (e.g., environmental, stress, lifecycle tests)
- Knowledge of failure analysis tools and techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, fishbone, 5 Whys)
- Experience working with test equipment and measurement tools
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and documentation processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu Light Industrial Park, Lapu-Lapu City
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reliability testing and validation activities based on defined procedures and standards
- Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of product or process issues
- Document and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports
- Support product qualification and reliability improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues
- Monitor and maintain test equipment and reliability tools
- Assist in data collection, trend analysis, and reporting for reliability metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability
- Provide timely updates and escalate critical issues as needed
